TERMS OF SALE1. Payments, Refunds, and Exchanges

1a. Payments may be made by Paypal only (No eChecks or Money Orders).
1b. By purchasing from D2ELITE.COM, You will receive an account name and password to a "mule account" with the requested item(s) in it. You are paying for the time and effort we have invested in the process of acquiring the item(s) by playing the game or by trading with other players.
1c. We do not have the same items on each realm; therefore, we will not be able to exchange "wrong realm" purchases.
1d. We reserve the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers.
1e. All sales are final. 2. Delivery Times
2a. All regular item packages will be automatically delivered immediately after your verified Paypal payment is received.
2b. Add-On items or Custom Packages are usually delivered within the hour. However, sometimes additional time is needed and it may take up to 24 hours for us to complete your order. If your order requires a longer than normal delivery time, bonus items will be included at no extra cost.
2c. If in-game delivery is needed, you should include a note with payment stating your Battle.net account name and an approximate time you can be reached and we can help you transfer the item(s) to your account. 3. Diablo II Item Packages
3a. Orders must be placed by clicking the appropriate links on our website which will redirect you to Paypals website where you can complete your order.
3b. If you request to have any items moved from one package to another, an additional fee of $5.00 will be added to the final purchase price.
3c. In the unlikely event of a package being oversold, we will consider the item(s) to be sold to the first paying customer. A refund will be provided to any other buyers. 4. Diablo II CD-Keys
4a. All of our CD-Keys come from private suppliers who guarantee their reliability.
4b. We have personally tested each CD-Key to ensure that it is not muted, banned, or in use. If you encounter any problems with our CD-Keys, please contact us immediately.
4c. We can not replace or refund payments for CD-Keys which become unusable due to the use of third party programs. 5. Liability & Indemnification
5a. By purchasing from us, You agree that you indemnify us against any loss of item(s) due to, but not limited to, hacks, lag, rollbacks, patches, scams, and trojans.
5b. Items marked as "UNPERM" must be "temporarily permed" when leaving a game. "Temporary perming" instructions will be provided upon request.
5c. All item(s) remain the property and ownership of Blizzard Entertainment.
